The helpline is designed for NJM’s field staff and underwriters. The goal is to equip the field staff and underwriters with the product information they need before, during, or after visiting an agent’s office.

When is the helpline available?
The helpline is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST. If calling after hours, or the line is busy, leave a voicemail to receive a response within one business day.
